Choose your collection time carefully
The pickup time is the time you want to meet your driver, rather than the flight’s landing time. Allow time to leave the aircraft, pass through arrivals and collect your bags. The booking form shows the earliest permitted collection time.
Add your flight number if available. Flight information and any delay you enter help with planning, but do not automatically change your selected pickup time or fare. Tell us promptly if your flight changes. We will make reasonable efforts to adjust a substantially delayed collection, subject to availability and any additional charges.
